We have been traveling a lot to Maryville this past month, so this was the first weekend in a long time that we stayed around home and didn't have anything planned. We did take B and B to the doggie park and to see the elk in Old Missouri Town on Saturday. B and B loved feeding the elk carrots and apples! Even Truman wanted in on the action. We left him in the car with the AC on and he got the window down TWICE and bolted over to see them. It amazes me that he knows how to get the windows down in the car when he wants to! B and B have really been eating and talking a lot lately. Bryan and I have both noticed how tall they seem to be getting. It's no surprise that we are going to have tall kids, but it seems they are growing up so fast! Brody has been doing really good attempting to count to ten and they both are starting to make a lot of animal sounds when we ask them what an animal says. He has been very much a Momma's boy lately and seems to get upset/cry when I'm not around. Brynn is very much a Daddy's girl and has been for a long time. When I'm home with her during the week, she often asks about Daddy. I tell her Daddy worked last night and he is sleeping. I'll ask her is she wants to go see Daddy and give him a hug and kiss. This usually satisfies her and she stops asking for him. I asked her the other night who she loved more, me or Daddy? Without hesitation, she said, "Daddy!" She jabbers a lot and tells a lot of stories. I have trouble understanding what she is saying a lot of the time. I wish I knew what she was trying to tell me more often because apparently it is quite hilarious:) I had to laugh yesterday when she looked at me and said, "she ya later, chow!" I have no idea where she got "chow" from:) They both have quite the individual personalities and definite different likes and dislikes. I know I say this a lot, but I can't believe they are already 21 months old!
