Valentine's Day Boxes

We had a lot of fun today decorating their Valentine's Day boxes for school. B and B really enjoy doing crafts, especially Brynn. I think they turned out pretty good.

B and B left Santa a glass of milk and Christmas candy by the chimney. They wanted to make sure the reindeer had plenty of carrots. Brody wanted Rudolph to have the biggest carrot:)

 First Christmas Stockings- They were more excited to find out what was in them rather than what was under the tree!

 

 

Santa brought Brynn some Bratz make-up. She really liked her pink hair dye!

Christmas Program

A couple of weeks ago, B and B had their preschool Christmas program. It was really cute and a lot of fun to watch! Their teacher, Mrs. Gallo, told me that before the show that Brynn had gotten water on her dress and that she was devastated about her dress. She said she told Brynn it would dry and no one would be able to tell. My sweet Brynn, she likes to have everything just right. Brynn did great and sang all of the songs! Brody was a completely different story:) I knew something was up when he walked in with his Santa hat down over his eyes and his shirt was untucked. He really didn't sing much and was moving all around. He even started messing with the girl's santa hat in front of him and messing with his belt. After 2 or 3 of the songs, he called out "Mrs. Gallo!" when it was silent. Apparently, he went to the bathroom before the show and couldn't get his belt buckled. I'm not sure why someone didn't catch that before he came out or why he didn't ask for help. I asked him later why he didn't sing at the program. He said, "because I don't like to sing." I told him that Mommy and Daddy came to hear him sing. He told me, "I'll do better next time, Mommy."

Christmas in the Sky

Brynn danced in Christmas in the Sky at Longview Lake this year. She did a great job! I don't think I will ever forget the look on her face when she saw Santa as she walked off stage. She gave Santa a hug and he told her she did a good job:)
