Fall flag football ended last month. This year the boys were allowed to QB, so that was fun to watch them play that position! The boys worked hard and seemed to improve throughout the season, but only won 2 games. I know Brody was disappointed in not winning more, so it was kind of a long season for all of us. He's on a good team with a good coach, so hopefully he'll decide to play again next year!

Fall Soccer

Brynn is playinng soccer again this session with the same team she played on last session. She could have played on a competitive soccer team this Fall, but decided to stay with her rec team. However, her team remains undefeated and there is only 2 more weekends of soccer left. Her team may have to go competitive soon to have more competition. She is really wanting another 1st place tournament medal this session! This was the first time ever that Brody decided to not play soccer. I'm really hoping he decides to play again next Spring!

First Day of Second Grade

I can't believe B and B are in 2nd grade! Time is moving too quickly:( There are five 2nd grade classes again this year at SPE. Brody has Ms. Campbell and Brynn has Miss Smythia this year.

 

Bryce and Andrea's Wedding

River of Life Farm

We took B and B camping for the first time this summer at the River of Life Farm in the Ozarks. We canoed down the North Fork of the White River. Brody loved camping and played in the creeks a lot! He even speared a crawdad in the creek! He roasted it over the fire and ate it! Brynn did not like all the spider webs around our camp site. We all enjoyed canoeing, although I think it was too hot for Truman.

Brody attended basketball camp at LSN and Brynn attended basketball camp at LSW this summer. They both enjoyed camp and are looking forward to playing basketball this winter!

Soccer Tournament Division Champs!

Brynn's soccer team had a great season this year! They only lost one game the entire season (missing 2 girls that game)! They were undefeated in their division in the tournament! I was so proud of Brynn and her team for their hard work this season! It was so fun to watch them play!
