Brody is Walking!

Last week, Brody started walking! We love to watch him walk around and see where he goes. He loves to chase Truman around, so we don't see Truman much anymore:( He prefers to stay outside under his little "nook". Yesterday, at Julia's shower, Brynn took quite a few steps, so she should be walking soon too! We have a busy week ahead. This Sunday, B and B are getting baptized and we are moving! It will definitely be an exciting weekend, but exhausting!

We've Started Moving

Well, another busy weekend has gone too fast! On Saturday, Bryan and I took Brody and Brynn to Uncle Jeff and Aunt Joan's so we could get some moving done. A HUGE thank you to them and the boys for watching B and B and for letting us use your truck and trailer! Bryan and I felt like we got a lot moved, but the house seems to look as if we didn't even make a dent:( Saturday night, we met some friends out to watch the MU game. We were worried there for a while, but thankfully the Tigers won! B and B continue to do well. Brody is so close to walking! He just gets so excited and then falls down after a few steps. Last night, Brynn told me "hi" and blew me a kiss:) I told her that I loved her and she said it back! What precious 'lil punkins we have:)

10 Month Doctor's Appointment

Grandma Farnan and I took the twins to their 10 month doctor's appointment on Thursday. The doctor's appointment went really well! I was a proud Momma when Dr. Gilmer said my kids were advanced for their age and she wasn't surprised:) Brody weighed 21 lbs and was 29 inches tall (50%, 75%). Brynn weighed 22 lbs and was 29 3/4 inches tall (90%, 99%). No surprise to us that we have tall kids! Their next appointment isn't until their 1 year appointment. We have had a busy weekend packing. We are hoping to move at the end of September into Bryan's Grandpa's house in Raymore. We are excited about the new place and the backyard there is huge with lots of trees so Truman should be in "scrabbit" heaven:) I forgot how much of a pain it is to pack and move. Fortunately, Bryan and I have two good helpers that like to play with and mess up everything we are trying to pack:)
